William A. Nitze - Chairman

Mr. Nitze currently serves as Chairman of the Climate Institute, the Galapagos Conservancy, and Oceana Energy Company.  He previously served as General Counsel to Mobil Japan, as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Environment in the U.S. State Department, and as Assistant Administrator for International Activities at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  He holds B.A. degrees from Harvard College and Wadham College, Oxford, and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. George T. Frampton, Jr. - Director

Mr. Frampton is a partner at the New York law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP.  He is the former Chairman of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, and Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Fish, Wildlife and Parks.  He is a graduate of Yale College, the London School of Economics (M.Sc. Daniel E. Power, III - President and Chief Technology Officer; Director

Mr. Power has worked for the past thirty years in the energy, environment and engineering fields.  He previously served as an engineering officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he was responsible for the management of large construction projects and budgets.  He is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering and he has a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee. Michael J. Hoover - Secretary, Treasurer and General Counsel; Director

Mr. Hoover has created and implemented successful business development strategies for several companies in the ocean energy industry.  He previously served as Legal and Environmental Director for Florida Hydro, Inc., and as a director of OpenHydro Group Limited during the transition period following its acquisition of Florida Hydro's assets. John C. Topping, Jr. - Vice-President; Director

Mr. Topping has been the President and CEO of the Climate Institute, an international environmental group concerned with climate protection, for the past twenty years.  He previously served as Staff Director of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Air and Radiation.  He holds a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College, and a J.D. degree from Yale Law School. Dr. Ned Hansen - Chief Engineer

Dr. Hansen is a principal of Ride Centerline, LLC, a roller coaster and amusement ride design consultancy firm.  He is the former Chief Engineer for S&S Power, the largest amusement ride manufacturer in the world.  He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, and previously worked on national security projects at Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico, including design work on the nuclear bunker-buster bomb. Joseph A. Cannon - Co-Founder and Advisor to the Board

Mr. Cannon currently serves as Editor of the Deseret News in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He is a former partner at the Washington, DC law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP, and the former Chairman and CEO of Geneva Steel.  He holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, and a J.D. degree from BYU Law School, where he was an editor of the BYU Law Review.
